Wearfit Pro Watch App: Download, Connect to iPhone or Android and Set Up

The Wearfit Pro watch app is the control room for the whole watch: faces, alerts, calls, health history and the clock all run through it. Install it from your phone's own app store, pair from inside the app, and grant a few permissions so the link holds all day.

Quick answer

Download Wearfit Pro from the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android, switch the watch on, then add the device from inside the app rather than from the phone's Bluetooth menu. Confirm on the watch, allow Bluetooth, notifications and (for calls) contacts, and let the first sync finish.

Getting Wearfit Pro onto your phone, safely

Wearfit Pro is free in both official stores: the App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android. Search the exact name, check the icon matches the one in your watch's manual, and install it before switching the watch on.

Many Wearfit Pro watches also show a QR code in their settings or on the box. Scanning it with the phone camera opens the right download page, which saves guessing between apps with similar names such as FitPro, Da Fit or WearPro.

  • iPhone: the App Store only. iOS does not install apps from files.
  • Android with Google Play: install from Play, which also keeps the app updated.
  • Android without Google Play: some phones sold in China ship without it; use the phone maker's own app store first.

About the Wearfit Pro watch APK

Searching for a Wearfit Pro watch APK leads to mirror sites offering the Android install file. It can work on a phone with no Play Store, but it carries real risks: an old version, a modified file, or no automatic updates. Stick to the official store where one exists.

If you do install an APK, allow unknown sources only for that one install, then switch the setting back off.

Create the account or sign-in the app offers, or skip it where allowed. The account keeps your health history when you change phones. With the app in place, the watch is ready for its first pairing.

From sealed box to first sync in eight steps

How to set up a Wearfit Pro watch comes down to one rule: pair from inside the app. A watch already paired through the phone's own Bluetooth settings often vanishes from Wearfit Pro's search.

  1. Charge the watch on its magnetic dock until it switches on or shows a charging symbol.
  2. Hold the side button to power it on if it has not woken.
  3. Open Wearfit Pro and accept the Bluetooth prompt.
  4. Go to the device tab and choose add or bind a device.
  5. Pick your watch's name from the scan, or point the camera at the QR code the watch displays.
  6. Confirm the pairing request on the watch and on the phone.
  7. Grant notification, contact and phone permissions when asked.
  8. Let the first sync finish: time, date, units and language travel over.

The first sync is the moment the watch becomes yours. The clock sets itself from the phone, the default face appears, and the health screens start filling in once the watch sits snugly on the wrist, as the Z17's maker advises.

  • Keep the phone within arm's reach during the first sync.
  • Leave the app open until the watch name shows as connected.
  • Set a watch face straight away while the link is fresh.

Faces come next; the Wearfit Pro watch faces page shows where the free library and photo faces sit.

How to connect Wearfit Pro watch to iPhone: prompts, toggles and shared alerts

How to connect a Wearfit Pro watch to an iPhone follows the same eight steps, with two iPhone-specific moments. Miss them and the watch pairs but stays silent when messages arrive.

The first is the Bluetooth pairing request. iOS shows a pop-up asking to pair the watch; tap pair. The second sits in Settings, Bluetooth: tap the small info icon next to the watch's name and switch on Share System Notifications, which newer iOS versions require before any accessory may show alerts.

  • Allow notifications for Wearfit Pro itself.
  • Turn on Background App Refresh for the app.
  • Do not swipe the app away in the app switcher; iOS then stops its background link.
  • Leave Low Power Mode off while you check alerts are arriving.

iPhone owners get calls, message alerts, faces and health data. The one gap is replying: iOS does not let third-party watches send text replies, so answers stay on the phone. That limit belongs to iOS, not to the watch.

Calling watches add a second Bluetooth entry for audio. On iPhone you may need to tap that entry in Settings, Bluetooth to connect it. The Wearfit Pro call setting walks through it.

Focus modes filter alerts too. If the phone is in a work or sleep focus, the watch goes quiet with it, which suits a dinner out but surprises people during the day.

Android permissions that keep the watch talking

Android gives a watch app more reach than iOS does, and asks for more permissions in return. Each one switches on something you see on the wrist, and phone makers add battery rules of their own.

  1. Nearby devices (Android 12 and newer) or location (older versions): needed to scan for the watch.
  2. Notification access: in the phone's special app access menu, enable Wearfit Pro.
  3. Phone, call log and contacts: caller names and call alerts.
  4. SMS: text alerts and, where the watch offers them, quick replies.
  5. Photos and media: custom photo faces.

Then comes battery management, the most common reason a watch stops getting alerts after an hour. Open the app's battery settings and choose unrestricted or no optimisation.

  • Samsung: remove Wearfit Pro from sleeping apps.
  • Xiaomi, Redmi, POCO: allow autostart and set battery saver to no restrictions.
  • Huawei, Honor: set app launch to manage manually and allow background activity.
  • Oppo, Realme, OnePlus: allow background activity and lock the app in recent apps.

Android also lets quick replies go back from the wrist on watches that support them. The AW83, for instance, lists replying from the watch among its features. Test with a message from a friend before relying on it.

When the watch keeps slipping off the phone

A watch that disconnects every few hours is a routine problem with any Bluetooth wearable. Start with the phone's settings, then the app, then the watch itself.

  1. Check Wearfit Pro is exempt from battery optimisation and not force-closed.
  2. Remove any other watch app bound to the same watch, such as an older companion app.
  3. Keep the phone within normal Bluetooth range; walls and a body between phone and wrist shorten it.
  4. Update Wearfit Pro and the watch firmware when the app offers it.
  5. Unbind the watch in the app, forget it in the phone's Bluetooth menu, restart both, then bind again.
  6. As a last step, reset the watch from its settings menu and pair fresh.

A factory reset wipes faces and stored health data that has not synced, so sync first where you can. Your account in the app keeps what was already uploaded.

  • Drops only at night: a sleep focus or battery saver schedule is cutting the app.
  • Drops after a phone update: permissions often reset; grant them again.
  • Drops with a new phone: unbind on the old phone before binding on the new one.

The watch buttons, swipes and reset menu are covered in the Wearfit Pro watch manual, and a clock that jumps after a reconnect is fixed in setting the time.

Wearer questions

Before you strap it on

Where do I download the Wearfit Pro watch app?

From the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android. Many watches also show a QR code in their settings that opens the right download page.

Why can't Wearfit Pro find my watch?

Usually the watch got paired through the phone's system Bluetooth settings beforehand, or another watch app holds it. Forget it in Bluetooth settings, close other watch apps, then add it from inside Wearfit Pro.

Does the Wearfit Pro watch work with iPhone?

Yes. The AOC E07's specification lists iOS 10.0 and newer, and calls, alerts, faces and health data all work; only text replies from the wrist stay Android-only.

Is the Wearfit Pro watch APK safe?

It is safest to install from Google Play or your phone maker's app store. A file from a mirror site can be outdated or modified and will not update itself.

Can I connect one watch to two phones?

Bind a Wearfit Pro watch to one phone at a time. To move it, unbind it in the app on the old phone, then pair it on the new one.
