Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy for wearfitprowatch.com, the official Wearfit Pro Watch catalogue.

Who runs this site

This policy covers wearfitprowatch.com, the official Wearfit Pro Watch catalogue, 111 SW 5th Ave, Portland, OR 97204, (503) 228-0104, [email protected]. It explains what happens to information when you browse the Wearfit Pro Watch catalogue, follow a link to a retailer or write to us.

What we collect

You can use the whole site without an account, a sign-up form or a newsletter. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of our own, and we set no cookies of our own.

  • Server logs. Like every web server, ours records technical data for each request: IP address, browser type, the page asked for and the time. These logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.
  • Email. If you write to us, we use your address and message only to answer you and help with your question.

Services that load with the page

  • Cloudflare delivers and protects the site. It processes your IP address and may set strictly necessary security cookies.
  • Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google servers when a page loads.
  • Product images load from Amazon image servers, so your browser contacts those servers too.

Each of these companies handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Affiliate links

wearfitprowatch.com is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. When you follow a product link, you leave this site, and Amazon may set cookies to record that the visit came from us, so we can earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. What Amazon collects is governed by the Amazon Privacy Notice.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. We keep nothing that would let us build a profile of you.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, at [email protected]. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have these rights by law, and we extend them to every visitor. We will answer within 30 days.

Children

The site is written for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
